Custom Polyethylene Liners

Shirriff Packaging Round Bottom Drum & Pail Liners are a polyethylene drum and pail liner that has a circular disc on the bottom, providing the perfect fit for optimal performance. 

Our Liners are made of LDPE cylindrical film with a circular disc on the bottom for the perfect fit. Our forming process provides our customers with increased liner performance and greater customization options. We offer a variety of high quality liners to fit a variety of pails and drums in both standard and non-standard sizes, or we can create a custom liner for your specific needs.

Features

  • Ideal for use as a Mixaco Speedy Mixer Liner, a Superfloater Liner or other equipment
  • Suitable for wet or dry products, viscous liquids, and pastes
  • Fits perfectly in pails, kegs, and drums, reducing folds and wrinkles
  • Made of polyethylene for industrial use, capable of handling hot or cold products up to 82 degrees Celsius (180°F), including paints, chemicals, ink, tints, pharmaceuticals, and food products
  • Antistatic option available
  • Thickness ranges from 4mil to 8mil, with lengths from 18″ to 72″
  • Various sizes available for Super Floaters
  • Special orders and quantities for 15-gallon kegs can be accommodated
  • FDA/CFIA compliant
